These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bazi33 platform and all its services. "Bazi33", "we", or "us" refers to the bazi33.ws website and its operating entity. "You" or "Member" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

• Bets placed before an odds change will be honoured at the original odds

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bazi33 platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Copying or reverse engineering the platform's code or software

Bazi33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance — unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, in which case the balance may be forfeited.

After 12 months of inactivity, an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month may be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Bazi33 shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet or game session is lost due to an internet disconnection
• For losses caused by delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers
• If any loss occurs due to an issue with your device or software
• If losses occur due to your login credentials being accessed by another party
• Incidental or indirect losses (such as loss of income)

Bazi33's total liability in connection with any specific incident shall not exceed your account balance at that time. Bazi33 always strives to provide the best possible service, but cannot guarantee 100% technical perfection.
